SERVICE
RULES
Visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
If the CLIENT does not use all monthly visits, up to 3 hours may be carried over to the following month (except for the Essential Plan).
If the technician needs to purchase materials, a fixed fee of $39 per trip will be charged, in addition to the material cost. The CLIENT must pay for the materials immediately.
If a service exceeds 3 hours, a new visit must be scheduled or overtime will be charged at $XX per additional hour (subject to availability).
Service will be provided exclusively at the address specified by the CLIENT and only for non-structural tasks.
If the technician arrives at the site but cannot perform the service due to lack of access or the CLIENT’s absence, the visit will be deducted from the plan.

Even though skilled, a handyman cannot perform work that requires a specific license, such as the listed services.
- Installing or replacing breakers in the electrical panel.
- Creating or modifying electrical circuits.
- Working inside a home’s wiring system.
- Installing or modifying water and sewer systems.
- Replacing internal plumbing or main drains.
- Working with water heating systems.
- Installing or repairing central air conditioning systems.
- Modifying ventilation ducts.
- Building or removing walls that may affect the home’s structure.
- Working on foundations, roofs, or load-bearing beams.
